We sourced and acquired this unmodernised raised ground floor apartment as a development opportunity for a Client. With a considered planning application, we were granted planning for this substantial rear extension. This in turn added considerable square footage and increased the exit value.

We achieved this sizeable south-facing rear extension, housing an open-plan reception / kitchen. The Crittall windows and exquisite skylight which submerses this social space in natural light resulted in the profitable resale of this project for our Client.
